Standard Return & Refund Policy
We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at umfox, that’s why we offer a 30-day return & exchange policy. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date.
Cancellation Policy
All items will be sent into production 120 minutes after payment is received. Therefore, any cancellations after that time will incur a 20% material and processing fee.
Personalized/engraved/special orders cannot be canceled once production has started. Please review all custom information carefully before submitting your order.
If you insist on canceling a customized order, a 50% customization and material processing fee will apply.

Shipping & Delivery
All orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.
Standard shipping to the United States generally takes 10-18 business days after dispatch. Delivery may be slightly delayed due to customs clearance, holiday peak seasons, weather or unexpected logistics circumstances.
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email for you to track the delivery status online.
Return & Exchange Instructions
- Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- All return/exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition — no scratches, signs of wear, resizing, or alterations.
- Please use your local post office when returning goods. If we do not receive a return parcel sent via other carriers, the buyer will be responsible for the loss.
- Any promotional gifts received with your order must be included in the return. If not included, the full retail price of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
Reshipment Policy
umfox will resend a new product under the following circumstances:
- Customer received the wrong item.
- The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect engraving.
Note: For broken or defective items, customers must contact umfox customer service within 48 hours of receiving their order.
Refunds
Once we receive your return package, refunds and exchanges will be processed within 7 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Important Notes (US-Focused)
- Our return address is not the address on your package. Please contact customer service first to obtain return authorization and the correct return address.
- Products marked as “engraved”, “customized”, “personalized”, “photo custom”, or “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Return and reshipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable, even if you received free or discounted shipping. If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- This policy applies to all orders shipped within the United States. For orders shipped to the UK or EU, a 20% VAT deduction will apply to refunds.
- Once an order is delivered and marked as completed, customs insurance fees are non-refundable, even if there are after-sales issues.
